attorney at a larger firm. One advantage we have is that we don’t have the same high overhead costs (not to
mention large senior partner salaries) as larger law firms, so we are able to charge lower rates and pass these
savings on to our clients.

Unfortunately, disagreements and disputes are a part of life, whether they occur in a Business, Consumer or a
Personal context. It is equally unfortunate that many disagreements and disputes can become major distractions
and disruptions to our business and personal endeavors and can end up taking a considerable amount of time,
trouble and expense to resolve. However, we believe that many of these costs can be greatly reduced if one or
more of the parties are represented by a competent attorney who is experienced in resolving disputes, and also
a creative problem solver, because sometimes solutions can be found that are not initially or easily apparent to

We recognize that in today’s world it is possible for non-lawyers to create certain types of
legal documents themselves by using various “self-serve” and “one size fits all” websites and forms. However,
we feel that in many cases it is still preferable to use a qualified attorney to prepare legal documents. A qualified
attorney can help ensure that the appropriate documents are properly drafted and filed correctly, as well as
explain and answer questions about the content and implications of the documentation. Thus, we believe that
enlisting the help of a competent attorney can prove to be a very worthwhile investment given the importance of
these matters and the peace of mind you will have if you involve an attorney rather than trying to do things on
your own.
However, we also believe that an attorney should be able to perform these services at affordable rates.
Therefore, we strive to perform these services at a reasonable cost that is not prohibitively more expensive

We can prepare a new Will or review and update an existing Will for you and/or other members of your
